Pair with a tiny cup of coffee for a breakfast of (tiny) champions.
½ tsp yeast
1 ½ tsp milk
2 tsp butter
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp flour
¼ tsp sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp powdered sugar
1.) Mix yeast and warm water in a bowl. Stir in 1 teaspoon milk, egg, 1 teaspoon butter, sugar and flour.
2.) Form dough into ball, cover with plastic wrap and set aside to rise.
3.) Melt remaining butter and mix with sugar and cinnamon.
4.) Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface. Spread butter mixture over dough. Roll into a cylinder and slice into rolls.
5.) Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
6.) To make icing, combine powdered sugar and ½ teaspoon milk. Drizzle over cinnamon rolls.
